Thrombin injection and drug treatments did not impair the motor function of the mice. a At 1 day after ICH, the thrombin injected mice showed significantly reduced speed in the walking beam test. The treatment of hirudin and indo decreased the time spent by the mice in finishing the task. At day 3 and day 5, the walking beam test did not show any difference among all of the groups. b No difference of foot slips among all the groups were found at 1, 3, 5 days after the thrombin injection
