In control group, a large amount of p-ERK1/2 positive cells stained as brownish yellow could be observed. Compared with control group, neurons in model group were stained lightly and the number of p-ERK1/2 positive cells reduced significantly. In treated group, the number of p-ERK1/2 positive cells was more than that in model group. A large amount of ERK1/2 positive cells can be observed in each group with no significant difference.
